Shipping Policy
At FKN Performance, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. We are an Australian company based in Canberra. All orders are shipped from Canberra, Australia. Please note, we cannot send larger/bulky items (such as intakes, suspension, wheels etc) to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers, as couriers do not have access to these.
Fast & Free Shipping Australia-Wide
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide - There's no minimum spend required.
Australia Post Express shipping is available for most items at an extra $9.95.
International Shipping
International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95. We send international orders via Australia Post.
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note, we do not dispatch orders on local public holidays or weekends.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping typically takes 1–4 business days.
Tracking: All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We ship most items via Australia Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
The exception is for large and bulky items, which are sent via Sendle. Please note, we cannot send larger/bulky items to PO Boxes, as couriers do not have access to these.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first. If you're still unsure or your package appears lost, contact us at support@fknperformance.com.au and we’ll investigate immediately.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund upon reasonable proof.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checking out. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
