Returns Policy

At FKN Performance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer flexible return options to ensure peace of mind.

We have a 30-day exchange and change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Simply contact us support@fknperformance.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and full refund (less $9.95AUD shipping fee).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Faulty & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately at support@fknperformance.com.au

We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until we received the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping. Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimise problems. For PayPal users: please make sure that someone will be available to accept shipment at your PayPal address. We will only ship to the address listed on the Paypal account.

Please check your local laws and research the item you wish to purchase to ensure the correct item you want to purchase. 

Parts Warranty

There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Parts must be installed by a certified technician. “Do it yourself” installation are not recommended. All warranties and/or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s).

FKN Performance is not responsible for labour charges due the incorrect installation or fault or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully prior to installation.

Import Taxes and duties

Purchasers outside of Australia are responsible for all taxes and import duties applied by country shipped to. We will not be responsible or liable for any additional taxes and import duties applied by customs.

Return Address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return approval email. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
