Refund & Returns Policy

Under Australian consumer law, you have the right to a full refund including shipping costs for any product that has a fault or defect due to no fault of the customer. The time frame is 7 days from the delivery date. You must notify 24 hours of delivery if any parts are appeared to be damaged during the transportation to make a claim. We will not accept unauthorised returns. Please email us at support@fknperformance.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Returned parts must be in CLEAN, UNUSED and ORIGINAL condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging and received FKN Performance within 7 days after you got the package.

Returned items need to be returned to us and inspected before a refund is issued. Damaged items must be returned within 7 days after you received the package. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, missed or late delivery, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. FKN Performance will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refused or undeliverable shipments are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be held until we received the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping to you (within 14 days). Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimise problems. For PayPal users: please make sure that someone will be available to accept shipment at your PayPal address. We will only ship to the address listed on the Paypal account.

Please check your local laws and research the part you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Parts must be installed by a certified technician. “Do it yourself” installation are not recommended. All warranties and/or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s). FKN Performance is not responsible for labour charges due the incorrect installation or fault or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully prior to installation.
